We're so excited about going away together again this year! We're going to Shell Island in North Wales, an area renowned for it's amazing beaches and beautiful scenery. With a very limited formal programme, it's a chance to hang out, relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings.
Where are we staying?
We're staying at Shell Island, a campsite between Harlech and Barmouth. We have reserved a number of camping spaces, which can be booked through our website. Tents and campervans are welcome, unfortunately the site does not allow caravans due to the location. There are also no electric hook ups available on this site.

Meals
The following food and refreshments are included in the cost of your ticket:
Lunches will not be provided, so bring whatever you would like to eat for those meals. We’ve tried to provide a cooked meal on the Saturday so that you don’t have to bring camp cooking equipment if you don’t want to. For example, you could just bring some pack lunch things for Saturday and Sunday. There is also a café on site that provides a variety of food throughout the day.
We'll be putting everyone who comes this year on a rota to help out with prep and cleaning up around meals and refreshments. You'll only be on one over the weekend and we'll group families together, but we hope helping together will be a fun way to get to know new people.
Arrival and Departure
You can arrive anytime during the day on Friday 1st July. However, ideally you should arrive by 9pm, as reception closes at this time.
Departure is by 3pm on Sunday 3rd July.
Campsite Facilities
Campsite facilities include:
Campfires are permitted in firepits and BBQs are allowed as long as they are on a slab and raised off the ground.
We have chosen to have a no dogs policy for the weekend. Shell Island does allow dogs on some parts of the site, however, we have decided that because of the number in our group it would be better not to allow dogs. Sorry if this causes any disappointment.
