Help & Support

Here at Vineyard 53, everyone is invited to step into the adventure of following Jesus, and to experience authentic relationship with Him and each other. We believe that as we do this, we can see transformation in every part of life.

We are committed to loving and supporting each other as family in all aspects of life, recognising there are times we may need additional support or care.

There is lots of support available. This is accessed in a couple of different ways.

Small Groups

Small Groups are at the heart of Vineyard 53. These are groups of around 8-12 people who meet regularly. They are the best place to be known, get to know others, and receive prayer and support as part of a supportive community.

Small groups are the main way to access help and support when you are struggling.

You can find out more and sign up to a small group here.

Courses and Events

Some Small Groups will explore courses and topics you might find helpful. We also run courses as a church on topics like healthy relationships, marriage, pre-marriage, money management, mental health and more.

Keep an eye on the Upcoming Events and Calendar pages for what’s coming up soon.

Other Support

Jesus’ desire is for us to have the fullest relationship with Himself and others. We recognise though, at times we may get stuck in unhealthy habits, ways of thinking or behaviours that keep us from becoming all that we are meant to be. And at any time, for a whole host of reasons, we may struggle with our mental health.

There’s lots of other support available, further prayer, spiritual direction, life coaching or help from a qualified counsellor. The way to access this support is either through talking to your small group leader or another leader at Vineyard 53.
