Join a Team

Be part of the family

One of the best ways to feel at home in Vineyard 53 and to meet others is to join a team. Church works best when 'everyone uses their gifts so that we can serve our region with generosity and compassion. Not only this, but we believe that we grow when we serve.

So, why not get involved?

Teams

There are lots of ways to serve on a team. We think that there’s something for everyone!

Love the Region

Serve on a team as we love the region through V53’s projects or partner organisations.

Youth

If you long to see young people grow up on fire for Jesus and ready to follow Him for the rest of their lives, join the youth team!

Sound and Media

There’s a lot of technical know-how that goes into making Sundays and other events great environments to be in. If you are technically minded, we’d love to hear from you.

Refreshments

We love to show hospitality. Pouring a coffee and serving a pastry expresses our welcome.

Kids

We want our kids to love church and love Jesus. Be a part of making that happen.

Alpha

We want to invite everyone we know into relationship with Jesus. Alpha is a core part of that. Serve as a table host, facilitating conversation or as part of the catering team.

Worship

We are all about lifting God up and encountering his presence together. We’re looking for people who long to lead V53 to passionately worship Jesus.

Set-Up

Every Sunday a team of heroes get up early to get things ready for church. If you love to serve and aren’t afraid of some heavy lifting - this is the team to be on.

Events

If you love Christmas, firework parties and city-wide Easter egg hunts, this is the team for you. Help ensure that events run smoothly.

Welcome

From the moment someone drives into Bridge House, we want to let them know they are warmly welcomed and help them connect with others at Vineyard 53.

Please be aware that there’s a process to getting involved in teams. This is to ensure that everyone is on a team that’s right for them, that everyone is kept safe and that everyone is well trained.
